Spiritually challenging chart

This is the chart of Yen who wrote in to have a better understanding about his life. It is quite a spiritually challenging chart. In order not to disclose anything too personal, I have ask him to write in the comment column on his readings for learning purposes. Below is his e-mail to me.

I read your post on yin-yang eyes and interestingly I do have Gui-Hai in my year pillar and sometimes have spirit/spiritual experiences. So far most experiences with spirit has been negative sense where I felt been paralysed and approached by bad spirits just before entering sleep state. Maybe this is not so uncommon. From a spiritual sense eg. I have experienced my body exploding & my Guru visiting me in dreams.

My questions:

1) Does the chart support further development of this faculty?

2)Would a religious lifestyle suit this chart? From what I gather the chart is already strong in fire (not favourable element) hence such a life is not suitable..?

Any other advice...Currently facing possible retrenchment as Geng-Yin begins. Also facing health challenges.

Unfortunate death

This is the chart of a 34 years old male engineer who died after a gas explosion in a yet to open shopping mall. It occured in the middle of December 2009. He was based in Kuala Lumpur but his company has sent him to Malacca for a 2 years assignment on the mall.

After the accident, his family members rushed down from way up north to see him at the ICU. He was still alive after the explosion but was unconscious. Then, through a third party his family members met me and requested me to have a look at his bazi.

I have told them to be prepared for the worst and hope for the best.

This is a weak ren DM and the only positive palace is the spouse palace with contains a resource star. Since the resource star does not protrude, the ren DM is at the mercy to all the negative stars of wood, fire and earth. In this wu-xue LP, the xue is clashing with the chen of the year branch. In 2009 ji-chou year, the chou is also clashing with the wei of the month branch. These earth clashes release the protruding wood and fire stars which then further strengthen the already very strong earth stars of the wu-xue LP and the ji-chou AP. The weak ren DM is badly countered by the strong earth stars which resulted in his death.

2 days after the reading, he passed away without regaining consciousness.

Can he actually be saved?

From bazi perspective, these are recommendations I would give him when he received the assignment.

1. Get married earlier in order to activate his positive spouse palace.

2. Bring his wife along wherever he was assigned.

3. Follow his intuition as his ren DM is seated on an indirect resource star. Prayers and meditation can help to strengthen his intuition.

4. Avoid going to funerals, funeral parlours and visiting people in the hospitals in order not to increase his bad luck. He has negative bing strongly rooted in si. Negative fire stars also represent the bad spirits. Is the mall haunted?

A fated divorce?

This is the chart of a 34 years old lawyer that I've known for more than half of his life. I have given him an early warning in 2008 that the year 2009 will see the appearance of a mistress star. He told me that I was not the first person to tell him that. Previously, 2 other masters have also predicted that there are more than 1 woman in his life.

Last October, he called me to his office and told me that what I've predicted has come true and I was just 1 month off the mark. I have told him to be extra careful in May 2009 but he said that the girl appeared in April. He has fallen in love with this beautiful young woman and he's willing to give up everything for her. Guess, I've underestimated the power of love.

Then in November, his wife called me after she knew of the affair. I have known them since their teenage years and I have told her that I was trying to help them with the early warnings. Unfortunately, in December, they have decided to divorce. My heart goes out to their 3 young kids, all below 10 years old.

This gui DM is a weak one although born in a resource month. All the other 6 stars weaken the water DM. So, the protruding ding and bing are the mistress stars. In the year 2009, the chou clashed with the wei of the wife palace. The clash not only shaken the spouse palace but it also released ding, the mistress star from the graveyard of wei. The mao-chen harm affected the thinking and the self control since the harm involves the output and the officer stars.

If proper human actions are not put forth, then fate will run its course.

A trance medium's chart

I would like to share with you a chart of a person who can enter into a trance state.

This is the chart of a 32 years old man who is a trance medium for the 2nd Lord of the Hades (di yah pek). When he is in a trance state, he has to paint his face black and wears a long black hat. Of course he carries with him a thick chain too. The Chinese believes that the function of the 2nd Lord of Hades is to chain the bad guys after their death and bring them to the Hades for sentencing.

What are the indications from the chart that show his ability to enter into a trance state?

1. The gui-hai pillar shows that he has affinity with the "vapour world".

2. The zi-wu clash being a water and fire clash is a strong indication.

3. The gui inside zi represents his "master" from down under.

Surrounded by spirit guides

In bazi, the fire stars represent the spiritual and as such they also represent the spirit guides or guardian angels if positive. If negative, they represent the bad spirits.

The above geng DM is a weak one. Since the ji earth resource star is protruding, the dings fire officer stars too become positive. The geng DM is actually surrounded by 3 dings.

This chart belongs to a young man who is 21 years old. He was my student. He has always felt that there are "beings" around him. Below are some of the accounts of his experience.

"When I was young I could always see "an old man" with a stick (tongkat) looking at me whenever I was in bed about to sleep.

There was once when I was in a shop that sells prayer items, I saw "Guan Di" (a Chinese deity) flying out of the shop.

During the Buddha's day Wesak procession in the year 2002, I saw a golden dragon flying above in the sky. When it disappeared, I brought my attention back to the parade of floats and was surprised that the float in front of me was a float featuring a dragon.

One day, my mother and I went to a Chinese temple to pray. There was a medium in a trance state who suddenly called me over. He told me that I have some spiritual powers and that I too can help people in the future."

Did you notice the hai-si clash in his natal chart?

She has "yin yang" eyes

This is the chart of a close friend of mine who has "yin yang" eyes. She's 46 years old now. Since young, she has the ability to see "things" at will. Unlike those who can see "things" occasionally, her ability is life long. I remembered on one occasion when she was praying at an altar, she saw beautiful lotuses dropping through the ceiling onto the altar table.

Her real life ghost stories can prove to be too much for those who has faint hearts. Better excuse yourself when she starts her ghost stories.

Apart from seeing "things", she has the ability to communicate with all the good spirits out there during her sleep. There was once she spoke to a beautiful Indian deity and was surprise to see that the "lady" does not have a naval! Well, coming to think of the logic, deities are not born through the wombs.

Just like the 2 previous charts, there is a hai-si clash which opens the heaven's gate. The protruding gui's again represent the "vapour objects". Those learning Bazi should know that gui-hai is a very powerful jia-zi among the 60 jia-zi's. If there are other good indications, a DM having gui-hai as the day pillar can be a very spiritual person.

It runs in the family?

Strangely, I have recently keep coming across either charts of people who are able to see "unworldly things" or people who are able to act as mediums in a trance state. I will share these charts with you one at a time.

This is the chart of the elder brother of the gentleman from the previous post with the title "Seeing a ghost". He's now 44 years old. According to his sister, when he was young, he could see white objects moving about. Amazingly, he could often see light objects flying around too. Apart from seeing "things", he has also entered into a trance state before but he did not speak at that time.

Just like the previous post, there is a hai-si clash and a protruding gui which represents the "vapour objects" in the natal chart.

People who are able to act as mediums in a trance state usually have a water and fire clash of either zi-wu or hai-si in their natal charts. These clashes don't have to be side by side.
